The Johannesburg Lion Park offers a fun and interactive volunteer experience for those who love animals and wish to assist with conservation efforts.

Volunteer Work and Contribution
Volunteers are an integral part of the functioning of the Lion Park. They help the park run smoothly to ensure that the animals are provided with the best possible living environment. Some duties that volunteers will carry out during their time at the Lion Park include:
- Preparing bottles for cubs and other baby wildlife
- Preparing meat for older wildlife
- Cleaning and maintaining the nursery and other enclosures
- Walking cubs from the nursery to "Cub World"
- Leading tours throughout the park for visitors

Project Highlights
- Live among the animals in volunteer accommodations provided within the park.
- Go on provided excursions in the area to an elephant sanctuary, a day safari at a national game reserve, a crocodile and reptile park, and a dinner at an authentic South African restaurant!
