Framing and matting with an artistic eye

TAF has a great deal of history to tell reflected in a wonderful assortment of newspaper and magazine articles. We need your art and frame expertise to help this display come alive. Expertise in custom matting and framing display for about 20 articles is needed. We have a small budget for frames and therefore need someone's help with handling the matting and hanging aspects of the project.
