Company History:
Empowerment through Education and Exposure was founded in 2008 by childhood friends, Erica Earnest and Kashanna Eiland. They shared a vision of positively impacting society by addressing the root causes of crime, drug abuse, and other socio-economic challenges. With countless organizations and government agencies focusing on providing direct financial assistance, EEE believes that long-term success must be attained through empowering people to overcome their circumstances. Their two-fold strategy for achieving such a goal is: by informing people of their heritage, as well as exposing them to activities and information that will enable them to break down barriers.
Title: Communications/Marketing Committee Member
Supervisor: Board Chairman
Responsibilities: Communications/Marketing Committee Member duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with maintaining website and social media
- Assist with newsletter
- Assist with creating marketing campaign for EEE
- Attend Committee meetings
- Develop and foster relationships with government agencies, businesses, and organizations
