Job Overview
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization. Nonprofit marketing specialist is not only advocates but is also skilled in organizing chartable functions. Will be in charged with the responsibility of ensuring that charitable contributions are being properly collected and utilized to fulfill the organization's mission.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for fund raising as well and play an instrumental role in the fundraising activities.
- Understands the people and their motivations for contributing in public relations, fundraising and similar types of activities.
- Plays an important role in marketing for the non-profit organization.
- Performs the multi-tasking job and has to participate in gifting requests from individual donors, applying for grants, and hosting special events of the nonprofit organizations.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects.
- Assist in conducting market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Assist with determining and managing the marketing budget
- Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
Education and Experience
- The basic degree required to do the job is a Bachelor's degree in business administration with specialization in marketing is imperative.
