Summer Camp Volunteers Needed!

Volunteer camp counselors needed for two overnight summer camps in Eastern Kentucky. The two camps provide disadvantaged youth (ages 6-15) with physical, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual challenges in a recreational camp environment. Volunteers live at the camp in dorm-style quarters, and receive full room and board. Volunteers must be 18 years of age and older, and willing to commit to a minimum of three weeks of service. Volunteers who commmit for the entire summer are elegible for an $1,175 AmeriCorps Education Award. Minimum age to volunteer is 18.
