Volunteer Intake Coordinator

Help strengthen the Chapter's ability to deliver quality services by recruiting and screening prospective volunteers. Complete 20 day volunteer check-ins and efficiently guide prospective volunteers through the intake process. Work with team of other volunteer intake volunteers.

Key Responsbilities:

• Call new volunteers who applied between 20 - 30 days prior, letting them know their next steps including signing up for orientation
• Update database to reflect that contact was made
• Keep track of volunteers who do not follow up
• Manage oregonvolunteering@redcross.org email account
• Manage Volunteer Resources voicemail
• Other projects as assigned
