Volunteer Captains are vital in adding an extra level of expertise to our events by managing the logistics and volunteer management on event day. Volunteer Captains will assist with training of areas volunteers prior to event day, manage volunteers the day of Climb to the Top and be a vital link between the volunteers and the volunteer manager.
Requirements
- Be available for training two days in one month prior to event date.
- Be available for an early morning shift at Climb to the Top on Sunday, March 3, 2013
Skills Organized self-starter: Self-motivated, Good follow-through, and Results oriented; Some management experience preferred: Experience with managing groups or previous volunteer experience in a group setting preferred. Enthusiastic & Cheerful: Must have a positive and motivating cheerful nature to motivate large groups of volunteers.
