Help Arts Organizations Spring to the Next Level
Want to help arts organizations? Sign up to participate in the 2013 Springboard program. Springboard helps small and mid-sized arts and cultural organizations develop the ability to quickly identify and address organizational problems, spot opportunities, develop action plans, and measure success.
The consultant training will be held in early February and the program kickoff will be late February. The bulk of your work will be from March to June when the plans will be completed. Expect to spend about 10 hours a month. The client meetings can be scheduled at times that are mutually convenient, but you will need to be available during some business hours.
Consultants will become 501 Commons Service Corps Members. The Service Corps is a group of highly-skilled professionals dedicated to serving their community. Apply to be a Service Corps Member at 501commons.org.
Springboard consultants need to have nonprofit experience and planning and facilitation skills. A background in the arts is helpful but not necessary. Read more about the program and contact emily@501commons.org for more information.
