Description: Hope Foundation runs a holiday school and cultural exchange program, during the summer holidays, for those children and students from every background of the society who did not perform well in the previous school year or those wishing to gain insight and knowledge in subjects ahead of the upcoming school year.
The objective of this program is that all those children and students have the chance to benefit from the know-how of important aspects regarding their school subjects in an informal way with the help and assistance of our international volunteers. Due to the success the past editions of this project, we will be very glad to organize it again and count with the help of a group of volunteers who will have the opportunity to interact with children over various important topics and subjects.
Volunteer's support will improve the students common sense, widen their knowledge and way of thinking, enable them identify a number of mistakes which were done during the previous school year and at the same time making them learn in a more friendly and flexible way.
Taking part in this extraordinary program you will be involved in many amazing experiences with others international volunteers and Cameroonian people, besides you will bring an unforgettable experience in the lives of many children in Bali- Nyonga. Other amazing experiences in the form of cultural exchanges (food, dances, clothing and celebrations) are waiting for you!
Needs / requirements: Volunteer should be highly motivated and they should have knowledge of at least one of the following subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Literature, English & French Literature or Geography and also knowledge of some extra curricular activities such as music, photography, computer training, design, arts and culture are welcomed.
