Do you have a solid understanding and passion for fundraising and development activities for faith-based, nonprofit organizations? Sought Out, Inc. is looking for a Community Liaison to add to our volunteer team!
Responsibilities:
- Working with Executive Director and Sought Out staff in sharing our mission and outreach with local and national churches, community organizations and nonprofits.
- Event coordination and management.
- Establishing, maintaining and growing local and national nonprofit/church partnerships and collaborations.
- Donor communications and acknowledgement.
- Corporate donor solicitation and stewardship.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or substantial experience and demonstrated skill in fundraising, event coordination, public speaking and/or management.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Engaging and outgoing personality.
- General knowledge of nonprofit fundraising and willingness to learn best practices.
- Passion for Sought Out's mission.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed one or more of our ministry programs.
