Job Vacancy:K-12 Elementary, Junior high licensed teachersQUALIFICATIONS:-Native English Speaker from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Ireland-Bachelors Degree or higher degree-A holder ofa state government issued teaching license/sub teaching license- for public school system
-A holder of a valid passport (at least 6 months)-Ability to stay and teach at least for 12 months
-APRC/MARCholders are also accepted
Other Teaching Information:
-Contract term: minimum of one year; renewable contract-in accordance with the school
-Size of class: 2540 students; Student age: in accordance with the school;
-Curriculum: scenario teaching, practical conversation, or flexible -in accordance with the school
-Full-time job (20-25hr/week) from 8:00am – 4:00pm, Mondays thru Fridays
Salary & Benefits:
-Salary ranges from 2030-2270 USD/month
BA – NT$ 60,890
MA – NT$ 67,925
PhD – NT$ 70,895
-Housing subsidy 170 USD/month; accommodation assistance
-Airfare reimbursement 1340-2660 USD; free airport pickup
-End of contract performance bonus: aprox. one month salary
-Summer (July-Aug.) & winter (late Jan.-mid-Feb.) vacation
-National labor insurance and health insurance provided
-Work permit & alien resident certificate (ARC): school will assist to apply
