Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters of HOPAD children and Women, Namaskar

HOPAD is pleased to announce its acceptance into the Global Open 2012. The Global Open is a fundraising competition put on each year by the Global Giving Foundation (www.globalgiving.org ). Each organization, after a rigorous application process, is given thirty-five days (November 26 – December 31st, 2012) to raise $5,000 from at least 40 unique donors. If an organization is able to collect the funds required, they are then invited to become a permanent fixture on the Global Giving team and continue to promote their project on the Global Giving website. Also, the organization will have access to more Global Giving fundraising tools and further partnership opportunities.

With the support of our national and international community and family, we at HOPAD believe we can easily raise the $5,000 necessary to succeed in our Global Giving venture. Through our partnership with Global Giving, HOPAD will finally have the means to both sustain current programs and expand the HOPAD reach to create more programs dedicated to aiding the poor, needy, marginalized women and children in more locations of Nepal. We call upon you, community and family members of HOPAD, to open your hearts and continue to support HOPAD on its mission to spread love, knowledge, and prosperity to the future generations of Nepal.
