United By Blue is an ocean-friendly apparel company that, for every one product sold, removes one pound of trash from oceans, rivers and waterways around the world through company organized cleanups. Since April 2010, UBB has removed over 141,000 pounds of trash from oceans and waterways in 18 states during 82 cleanups with 2,620 volunteers.

United By Blue sells a line of organic cotton, slub jersey t-shirts that retail for $34, rugged waxed canvas and leather bags that retail between $88 and $188, and artisan jewelry. Our products are sold in 150 stores nationwide and online at www.unitedbyblue.com.

We're constantly recruiting for volunteers and interns. Internships at UBB are about getting a real and meaningful experience. They're about taking the lead on projects of your own conception and about learning what it means to grow a business. Our positions vary across a wide spectrum, from graphic design to small business development, from marketing to cleanup planning. We look for current college students or recent graduates with a background in their chosen position, but candidates with an entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit and can-do attitude are far more valuable.
