generative somatics (gs) is a transformative training and intermediary organization serving the social and environmental justice movements. We run trainings for movement leaders, staff and members in somatics, trauma, & social justice, and work with organizations such as the National Domestic Workers Alliance, Racial Justice Action Center and Black Organizing for Leadership and Dignity. gs is fiscally-sponsored by Social Justice Leadership/ Center for Progressive Leadership.

Strozzi Institute's (SI) mission is to create leaders, teams and organizations that embody skillful action, grounded compassion and pragmatic wisdom and who use conflict as a generative force. For over four decades we have built an outstanding reputation in the field of personal transformation, organizational leadership, and professional coaching and consulting. Our transformational methodology is Somatics- creating actionable change by working through the mind/body and social relations. Our commitment towards exemplary leadership also includes social responsibility, diversity, and being of social benefit. We have recently partnered as a tandem organization with SI as a Benefit Corporation and gs as a non-profit organization.
