The InRETURN concept was dveloped to offer viable employment to Brain Injury Survivors and others with cognitive challenges due to illness or developmental disabilities. The model is uniquely set in a real life work environoment as opposed to a sheltered workship and is accompanied by therapeutic classroom settings to enchance life skills. The mission is to enrich the lives of individuals who have suffered Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) resulting in special needs by promoting independent living and personal success. We provide viable employment through manufacturing contracts and Life Skills Programming with resources and guidance to train Associates in handling everyday issues, community involvement, financial independence, socialization and continued education whlie promoting a culture of "Inclusion" among local businesses and manufacturers. It is the only model of its kind addressing putting people with this specific level of function/disability to work.
