Descripción

Our mission is to create the political will to end hunger and the worst aspects of poverty and to empower individuals to have breakthroughs in exercising their personal and political power. RESULTS is a grassroots citizens advocacy organization with activists in more than 100 communities across the United States who lobby members of Congress for effective solutions to hunger and poverty in the U.S. and abroad. Our work includes advocacy on global health issues such as AIDS and TB, fighting school fees and expanding microcredit, and work for health care for all in the U.S., strengthening early childhood programs like Head Start, and asset building initiatives.
