Next Step Living is New England's leading residential energy efficiency company, dedicated to helping families increase the comfort of their homes while lowering their energy bills. We've grown from only 4 employees in 2008 to approximately 500 employees today who are predominantly based out of our office in Boston's Innovation District. We are continuing to grow at a rapid pace and recently opened an office in North Haven, CT that will support our work in multiple counties across Connecticut.

We have a variety of positions both office-based and field-based. Responsibilities of Next Step Living professionals range from educating communities about simple energy efficiency options, speaking with customers to help them understand how they can take action, conducting home energy assessments, installing insulation or other products, to the back-office and corporate functions needed to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
