Dashboard Co-Op offers free promotion and professional development to artists of any medium. Our goals are to engage broad audiences by providing free, non-traditional ways to interact with art, and to be a resource for artists as they begin lucrative careers.
How We Do This
In addition to putting artist profiles and images of their work on our virtual gallery, Dashboard Co-Op hosts two large exhibitions per year, giving members a platform to showcase a body of their best work. Shows are free to the public and are highly promoted. If a piece of art sells, the artist keeps 100% of the proceeds, Dashboard takes nothing.
Additionally, we host free workshops and one-on-one consultations to teach artists practical skills needed to promote their work and perpetuate creative momentum. Areas of focus include but are not limited to fundraising, self-promotion, budgeting, and web-development.
We have forged partnerships with like-minded organizations and local publications, giving Dashboard artists broad exposure and more opportunity to create, exhibit and sell their work.
