Graham Windham, the nation's oldest non-sectarian child care agency, has been pioneering services for New York City's families and children for almost 200 years. Founded in New York City in 1806 by Elizabeth Hamilton, widow of Alexander Hamilton, and Isabella Graham, the organization aided orphaned, abandoned and neglected children. Over its long history, Graham Windham has not swayed from its commitment to support, preserve and strengthen children and families in need.
