Founded in 1997, Bottom Line
is a nationally-recognized, steadily growing non-profit organization with a
mission to help low-income and first-generation students get in to college,
graduate from college and go far in life. We achieve this mission by providing
one-on-one guidance during the college application process and throughout
college. Currently, we support 5,000
students in Massachusetts, New York City, and Chicago with an operating budget
In our College Access
Program, 98% of Bottom Line high school seniors are accepted to college. In our College Success Program, Success and
Career Counselors provide on-campus mentoring in four focus areas: Degree,
Employability, Financial Aid, and Life Skills.
Since our founding, 1,000 Bottom Line students (78% of the total)
