Chhaya's mission is to plan, support and advocate for housing, community and economic development in South Asian American and other immigrant communities regardless of class, caste, country of origin or religious affiliation. Further, Chhaya seeks to establish equal access to systems of support and to promote civic participation, collaboration with other ethnic and minority populations and better understanding among these communities.
