Descripción

PICC is a diverse coalition that represents the needs of immigrants, migrants, refugees and other new Americans living in Pennsylvania to policy makers, public officials, and the general public. We seek to educate the public and develop support for fair policies that welcome and sustain immigrants. We focus on: 1)Training and Information Sharing to increase the knowledge base of those working with immigrants, migrants and refugees. 2)Collective Advocacy to increase access to public services and legal protection for those with limited English skills and/or without legal status. 3)Community Empowerment through education and civic engagement.
