"Statement of Purpose: God calls us through the power of the Holy Spirit to be one with Jesus Christ in God's healing of all creation. Inspired by God's word, we seek to witness to this faith joyfully through worship, education, mission and community. Ministering in the name of Jesus, we invited people of all backgrounds to full participation in our fellowship. Through acts of compassion and justice, we share the joy and pain of life in Jesus Christ. As Emmanuel Baptist Church of Ridgewood, New Jersey, we pray that God will use us in building God's Kingdom here on earth."
