LEAD Program– American University's Leadership, Empowerment And Development (LEAD) program provides women clarity and skills to guide them through significant transitions in their personal and professional lives. The holistic, multi-disciplinary curriculum in the four-course LEAD program addresses gender-based needs and experiences in both professional and personal development from one's thirties through midlife, retirement and beyond. LEAD courses are now available in Annapolis as well.
