Honor and preserve the memory of the numerous Sephardic Jewish families who emigrated to Cape Verde in the 19th century from Morocco and Gibraltar through the rehabilitation of the small Jewish cemeteries that dot the Cape Verde Islands, documentation of their presence and promotion of cultural heritage tourism in Cape Verde.
