Awaiting Angels Volunteering Program offers high quality and low cost cross-cultural experiences in Peruvian locations. Our well organized volunteer opportunities cover a range of important areas such us child and adult education, women empowerment, orphan care, environmental conservation, healthcare, housing construction, and community based tourism.Through grassroots initiatives we make real efforts to help achieve the well being, the human growth and the economical sustainability of children and families living in depressed areas of Peru. We invite our global community to join us and give people in need a chance to realize their true potential.
Awaiting Angels Volunteering Program is different from the majority of other programs in that Awaiting Angels is a local organization and charges to volunteers a small administrative fee to fund our activities; and a just amount to cover food and; family like accommodation.
Awaiting Angels is a self sustaining grassroots Peruvian organization; we have a small but effective administrative staff and do not rely on government or institutional support.
Awaiting Angels is a non-for-profit, non governmental, non religious, non political organization registered at the National Superintendence Office of Public Records of Peru, SUNARP.
