The Lukens Company (TLC) is a full-service direct response marketing agency specializing in fundraising and membership development for non-profit organizations and associations, fundraising and voter mail initiatives for political candidates, political advocacy organizations and committees, and creating marketing and promotional packages for corporations.
For over two decades, TLC has conducted successful direct response programs for scores of nonprofits, political committees, Fortune 500 companies, and government agencies. These have ranged from direct mail campaigns to create public awareness, to brand identity development, to direct response television commercials to completely integrated marketing strategies. Last year, we mailed in excess of 65 million pieces for our clients.
Founded in 1986, The Lukens Company celebrated its 25th anniversary last year. From a staff of three with first year billings of $318,000 to our current 45 employees with gross billings exceeding $12 million and offices in both Arlington, VA and Los Angeles, CA, our growth is based on our commitment to provide the highest caliber service to each of our clients. Our prior and current clients include the Washington DC Martin Luther King, Jr. National Memorial Project Foundation, the Museum of Modern Art, The Art Institute of Chicago, The Franklin Institute National Museum of American Jewish History, The Barnes Foundation and The National September 11 Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center.
