Mission Statement: Vinfen transforms lives by building the capacity of individuals, families, organizations and communities to learn, thrive and achieve their goals. As a human services leader, we strive to be the provider, employer and partner of choice.

Overview: Vinfen is a private, not-for-profit human services organization. We provide a comprehensive range of programs and other supports that help to transform the lives of the people we serve, their families, and their communities. Our goal is to be the provider of choice, offering a full continuum of services that benefit the whole person and the whole family; the employer of choice, promoting job satisfaction in an environment that fosters teamwork and opportunities for professional growth; a leader in human services, delivering innovative supports that initiate advances in the field; and a partner with communities, building enduring community relationships and promoting public education on disability and health care issues.
