Steven's Hope for Children is now accepting applications for Retail and Management Internship positions at The Children's Boutique at Steven's Hope. The 12-week non-paid internship program begins with an Orientation on the first Monday of every month. Applicants 17 years of age or older may apply and submit their application & resume' for a pre-orientation interview. You must attend an orientation in addition to committing a minimum of 10 hours per week. The Retail Management Internship at The Children's Boutique is accepting ten hardworking, dedicated and compassionate interns, who are willing to become productive team members, provide excellent customer service and learn aspects of retail management in a live setting. Requirements
- Be at least 17 years of age

Responsibilities
- Participate in the internship program's workshops
- Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Be able to explain the organization and boutique missions
- Perform daily tasks such as sorting, inventory, cashiering, and merchandising
- Work as a team member to resolve conflicts
- Manage and lead boutique volunteers
